Reg Evans
I bought this nice lock the other day for my 38 Dodge glove box. I do not have the inner part that attaches this lock to the door or the latch inside the glove box that it latches onto.Anyone here have these parts or at least a photo of what the inner catch looks like so I could fabricate one myself? Thanks,Reg

Reg Evans
Thank you hwellens ! Mine is different as it has a keyed latch. I'm looking for one with the keyed latch or parts to convert mine to one like yours.Nice clock by the way !
cpwalter
Reg,Did you get the info you were looking for? I just took my door lock catch off of my glovebox if you still need a picture. It is held on with two screws and nuts with star washers. I have it sitting in EvapoRust as it is rusty. Looks like it was chrome plated originally. It looks similar to the one pictured in the master parts book, part number 770453 unique to the 38 only, but that is a later model part picture.I have a complete 38 Business Coupe that I am slowly working on so if you need future info just let me know. I also have the key lock accessory and the original assembly as well if you want info on them. The car came with the pull out door and no lock.
