Steve Moskowitz
This will be for sale at the AACA Library Spaces on the Chocolate Field. We have not set the price yet as we are trying to determine its value. Pretty cool if you have a Packard and live in Willimasport!
Guest Silverghost
Steve: That Packard sales award should go to the AACA museum for display ! The large Philadelphia Packard building is still there. It was converted to condos and is a National Historic Landmark !There is a large restored Packard neon sign on the building. The award was most likely issued from this large Packard regional office & showroom building. In my opinion it should stay in PA ! trimacar
Brad, not a bad idea at all.I'd pledge $50 to keep it at the museum on permanent display. Any other takers?
Steve Moskowitz
Not a bad idea but the museum cannot necessarily display everything available. The curator makes the decision on what goes up and what does not so we cannot force that issue anyway. Our library on the other hands needs the income if this is valuable. Don't forget our/your library is a free public library and it takes funds to operate. This item was donated to help towards that end.
