Guest dregs Posted June 27, 2010 Share Posted June 27, 2010 hi everyone,just wondering what the best way would be to advertise/sell a stutz straight 8 engine on behalf of my father. I beleive it's reasonably complete- long motor with the complete SOHC head removed.All in good condition on a pallet in a garage covered in dust, also a rough estimate considering i have no pictures yet and the only known accessary is a twin point dist.thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Depending on the year and what is missing will vary the value anywhere from 1k to the sky is the limit. Early Stutz 8 engines are not hard to find, it's the DV and M motors that are in the most demand. Last early engine I saw sell from 28 with all the extras went very cheap..... less than 2k.
