Looks nice and has lots of parts. Though am concerned over the listed VIN (31847L231920 ). Ignoring the leading digits that don't belong for a factory VIN, the "L" is not 1963. Always wise to ask lots of questions especially since this seems to be a project that was abandoned for some reason.

It also has a/c vents on the dash but there is no compressor. "Original engine" is Buick green rather than silver, the intake and valve covers have been repainted, but the block and brackets look original green. Anyone notice the unique place for the clothes rod hook to be attached?

What are the two items shown with the floor mats?

Probably worth a call, but there's lots of negotiation room here.
