Ronnie
Disconnect the battery cable. Wait a couple of minutes and reconnect. See it that solves your problem.
D-a-n-i-e-l
did you turn it on. Not trying to be funny, I actually thought I had an issue once and all that was wrong was I forgot to hit the power button.
Guest Mc_Reatta
Does the power antenna go up when you turn the radio on?
Guest lisbon41
i tried disconnecting and reconnecting battery cable without helping.have turned on radio on crt and switched between am and fm, but no sound. attempts to change frequencies are unsuccessful.have not raised or lowered aerial . i removed that fuse several years ago to leave antenna part way up and not wear our electric mechanism.i appreciate your suggestions. Guest Mc_Reatta
Will it play or try to play a tape?Do you hear static on am with volume turned way up? Trying to troubleshoot radio, antenna, and speakers all at once. Do you have a DVM?Putting antenna fuse back in will at least confirm radio is getting power and turning on and off.Hard to believe all 4 speakers would go at once. So if radio is getting power, it looks like a bad radio module.
Ronnie
Do all the other functions of the CRT work such as the climate controls?
