Guest c.johnson
Ok, I have to sandblast the wheel rims that are larger than my sandblast cabinet. I have a neighbor that claims to have once made a sandblast "cabinet" out of a cardboard box & duct tape with clear plastic as a window. I really think he is either:a. Lying, and has never really made such a thing.b. Trying to get me to do it to see if it will work.c. Trying to see how gullable I am.Any input? keiser31
I suppose as a VERY temporary unit, it could work....for about 2 minutes.
1929Chrysler
why not take some scrap wood and build a cheap one in less than an hour or just bite the bullet and pay someone to sandblast them?Dan
Guest c.johnson
Yup, my thoughts exactly...Plywood and spare plate glass will do the temp job, and last long enough for all 4 wheels. Thanks,
