'32 Olds Tire covers

Have a question for the experts. Metal tire covers for a '32 Sport Coupe 8 cyl., Would they be painted body color or polished stainless? Have a contact with a set of stainless covers for sale but don't know if they are a correct option.

Mickey, I know on my 31 they are painted an have a chrome strip that runs down the middle. Yours should be similar. Your best bet is to get in touch with the senoir adviser in the antque Oldsmobile club.

Rich- help me get them ON HERE.

I have wished and begged for some of the OCA brass and NAOC knowledge to participate with us. Just can't seem to get them interested, which is really discouraging when you watch the fun and knowledge share the Buick crowd is having in their Forum sections.

Wow, I am sorry I missed this a long time ago! This was a simple question to answer and could have been done in only a few minutes by working with the AACA Library & Research Center.

Mickey either has bought these already or passed but the correct answer is:

Black w/chrome band

Black w/ 2 chrome bands

Color-same as the two above

or all chrome
