How old is this AACA plaque?

I have a feeling this award might be ever older that that. There is a 1948 PA inspection sticker on the windshield. It may be a pre-war plaque. Look for the car at C4K-37-39

Guys, I was looking at my 1958 Roster of members and found the following:

<span style="color: #CC33CC">A.A.C.A. CONTEST RULES

Only Active Members may compete for AACA classiification Awards. Wives and daughters of members may compete for Costume Awards.

Junior, Senior and AACA Classifications were adopted, starting with the Spring Meet, Pottstown, Pennsylvania, June 14,1952.</span>

So, that tag should probably be fifties.
