Mike & Harry, aren't you both talking about the type coils that mount in the dash and have the switch on the end of the coil sticking through the dashboard? I don't know if you saw my post on Atwater-Kent coils but the box came with a piece of their literature advertising that they manufacture coils for 1929-32 Chryser products.

Instead of people running all over I'm just going to put the contact info here.

Harry or Mike, do you know how these differ from the Electrolok cylinders used by Fords from the same era? There are several people that rebuild these including I believe A&L here in CT (they can also provide NOS keys). These units could be very similar, if so, you may be able to get assistance from one of these guys. A quick post on Ford Barn or Ahooga may be a good step.
