The tri-sheild first appears on the 1960 models. For the first 2-3 years there were crests at the top of the shields, with smooth tops adopted in 1962 or 1963. This hubcap is a mid-1960's base model or "dogdish" type. If it fits 15" it'll be for a LeSabre. If it's a 13" or 14" it's be for a Special.
