TG57Roadmaster
This former Cars & Parts cover car (Jan. '91) is about to undergo a lengthy restoration back to its original Amethyst & White color scheme. When it was changed to Taos Turquoise remains a mystery. Photographed at Morro Bay, CA, July 7, 2007.TG
michel88
I always thought the '56 Lincolns were beautiful cars. The changes that were made to the '57 did not improve the looks. I like the Taos Turquoise color, but it will look even better in its original Amethyst and white.

Guest BJM
Both the 56 and 57 Lincolns are nice in my opinion. The 56 back end doesn't excite me much but the fronts were less busy. The 57's have nice period styling in front but the tailfin treatment improves the back, and appropriately dates it. Both interiors are tasteful. The turquise is an awefully nice 50's color in nice condition. Regrettably, it looks bad all faded out.
mrpushbutton
Nice car. The '56 Lincolns are a flattering copy of a Packard, headed by Packard's former stylist.
