I'd be bidding on a number of parts & parts lots. Lots of doodads to buy & flip if the bidding didn't go crazy.
one item that really caught my eye is an NOS 1961 Impala front bumper guard. My guess is $4-5000.

Looks to me like a 1934 Hupmobile Aerodynamic….
Thanks but I don't think so. I found a couple photos of rears of '34 Aero's on Google & the bottoms of the rear windows are slanted down from the center post to the outside. The ones on this white car look straight across.

The blue arrow behind it appears to be a 1911 Hupp Model 20. Surprisingly common cars, there are hundreds still in existence, but cute as they can be.
Got any idea what the white one in front is?

I have a very nice 39 chrysler that was restored in the late 80ties and in the two years that I have owned it I have had the carburetor rebuilt by a professional carb shop and have had king pins replaced and had an alignment done at the same time. It's had a newer drive shaft made and installed. This car has turning signals also. This car is very nice and presentable . Any questions you can call me at 419-625-8054 or 419-357-6828 Thank You Marvin Wade- 3

Rust free, running, & clear title in seller's name, I couldn't get the money out of my pocket fast enough.
I wouldn't be surprised if you went back to the seller & he told you it's sold now.

Looks Oldsmobily to me….but I think it’s a 1942 Nash….
I think you're correct on the Nash, but it looks like a '45 or '46. I think the '45 because the grille looks wider than the '46. The one in my photo has a very similar grille.
Thanks Trimacar & George for answering my question.

Can someone tell me what the black coupe in the first photo is? I thought Cadillac at first, from the emblem above the grille, but I don't think that's right. I like that onbe better than the Desoto.

So, heading off to Bowling Green ?
Nope. I’m lining up a 1971 Corvette to buy in a month or so. All original & it’s the original owner selling it to me.

You probably see by now that there is no single answer to your question that will fix the problem. All are good suggestions. Create a checklist from these, add to it if you have any ideas or more show up here. Then start going through the checklist, checking them off as you go. If you find the one or a combination of ideas that fix the problem, it may be worthwhile to make a note of what you did; you may need to correct the same problem in the future.

Sent seller a message saying I was interested in the ‘47 Chevy & the ‘59 Nomad, & I wanted prices and to personally inspect them. His reply:
Hi George,
The 1947 Chevrolet Fleetwood Aerosedan is being offered at $25,000. It is currently located in Bowling Green, KY. The VIN is 3EKJ53282.The 1959 Chevrolet Nomad wagon is being offered at $20,000. It is currently located in Bowling Green, KY. The VIN is F59L-133857.To the best of my knowledge, neither vehicle has been started in several years. I would be happy to arrange a time to meet you in person for an inspection.—EvansHis email:"Evans Wellborn" <ewellborn@nc2media.comI think both cars are priced in the ballpark, especially the Nomad, IF it’s not a scam. -
Good place to start. How old are the plug wires & distributor cap?

Love the horns. Wonder if the passenger compartment roof looks like Swiss cheese under that leather or vinyl.
