did you lock the one wheel prior to turning the wheel for a ratio count? The odds of a 2.10..not likely..the better ratio of that time was more in the tune of a 2.92

as a Savoy you have a few tranny options...the standard 3 speed, 3 speed with OD and HyDrive and later the introduction of the 230 with Powerflite this engine will be denoted by a diamond before the number stamped on the engine block.. The HyDrive shares engine oil to the tune of 10 quarts... The Savoy is the mid line car, available in Sedan, Club Sedan (rear vent) and Club Coupe(no rear vent) there was to have been some 430 odd Suburban wagons built in the Savoy line. What engine code does your car have, body number etc etc..can maybe tell you more..there is also two option apperance packages that was orderable from the factory though the list options was almost unlimited..

When I read these inquiries my mind immediately thinks..."what day will this turn up on E-bay" sorry folks but I rather tend to shy from pricing just for that reason. It goes along with the question, "does anyone recognize this and tell me what its for" and some folks not only submit this once in a while..but to the tune of a few a day...by answering you may be showing your automobile knowledge but odds are you are running up the cost of parts..just my point of view...
