Have him check with the motor vehicle department and see if they will issue an abandon vehicle title or a bonded title. Here in Arizona, I just received abandon vehicle titles to three cars and it was a simple and inexpensive process. Good luck. Bob

You might want to check and make sure there are no restrictions in the steel brake line that runs to the rear axle. It could be possible that a restriction in the line could slow the return of fluid keeping pressure to the wheel cyl.. Just a thought. BC

Bill, it must be the wheel cyl piston he needs as thats the only thing in a wheel cyl that is metal and has a spring touching it. BC
