  5. I am looking for door hinges, front driver's side door, for a 4 door 1937 Packard 120 sedan. Please contact me at pint4@new.rr.com or call 920-731-8519. The emergency crew cut mine off when the car was involved in an accident. Thanks! Bob
  6. I have a V-8 that I would put in a replicar if I find one. I am looking to drive it on a regular basis. I am looking for the Auburn Boat Tail look but ease of driving is also a desire. I am basically looking for an unfinished car that someone gave up on so I can finish it to my preferences. Thanks. Bob
  7. I have an original 1935 Buick with all original interior. The color of the mohair looks like it has a slight olive drab tint to it. What colors were available in 1935? So many restored cars have more of grayish tan color fabric interior. Where can I find the olive drab tinted mohair? I only need to recover the front seat and the arm rests. Thanks. Bob My email address is: pint4@new.rr.com
  8. I am looking for an abandoned Auburn Boat Tail Speedster Kit Car (full size kit)that is still apart or partially assembled and then abandoned and left sitting in the corner of the garage. I even have an engine for it so engine is optional. Thanks. Please contact me at pint4@new.rr.com or 920-731-8519. Much appreciated. Thanks. Bob
  9. I beleive the 1933 Series 80 engine was different that the 1933 Buick Series 60 engine. This limits what is interchangeable. I do believe a 1934 Buick Series 60 manifold will work and interchange with a 1933 Buick Series 60. I am hopeful someone has one. I have also been checking with street rodders as they almost always replace the engine with a late model drive train. If anyone has a 1934 Buick Series 60 exhaust manifold, please contact me at pint4@new.rr.com or call 920-731-8519. Thanks. Bob
  10. Thanks for all the input from everyone. I definitely want to install one on my car so the helpful hints are really appreciated. Bob

  12. I am trying to find out if anyone remembers a company that made high end rear view mirrors for antique cars. I seem to remember it was something like Jay Fischer or something like that. Is the company still in business? If so, how would I contact them. Thanks. Bob
  13. I am looking to buy an exhaust manifold for my 1933 Buick 60 Series. Please contact me at pint4@new.rr.com. or call 920-731-8519. I could also use a set of 17" wire wheels. Thank you. Bob
  14. I would like to add a 6 volt electric fuel pump to my 1935 Buick Series 40. Can anyone tell me what they have done. Have you used a 2 to 4 psi pump or a 4 to 6 psi pump? If I by pass my current mechanical pump, what would you recommend? If I put it in line with my current mechanical pump and run the fuel through it, what would you recommend? Thanks. Bob
  15. 33 Buicks are nice cars. Do you have a photo of yours to post? Would love to see it. Thanks. Bob
  16. Hi, Looking for a set of exterior door handles for a 1937 Packard 120 Convertible Coupe. I also need a trunk rack. Any other parts are of interest also. I also need the front driver's door or door hinges for a 1937 Packard 120 4 door sedan. It was in an accident an the rescue team cut off the door at the hinges. Could also use a good hood and bumpers. My email address is: pint4@new.rr.com. or ph: 920-731-8519. Thanks. Bob
  17. Thanks for the feedback. I might clarify one thing. It is not like my 35 Buick has extremely bad handling. I have driven it on 200 mile trips and back with good success. I did notice it tended to want to follow the cracks in the road more than I preferred. I was told radials would help resolve this issue. I have had front end work done to the car which has 25,000 miles on it. Suspension is up to par unless something was missed. Always looking to make a bit of improvement whenever I can. Bob P.S. Anyone have an exhaust manifold for a Series 60 1933 Buick. I believe a 34 Buick Series 60 manifold will work also. Thanks.
  18. Thanks for the reply. I have searched Ebay for 3 years with no success. I would buy an entire engine for a 1933 Series 60 Buick if I had to to get the manifold. I believe 1934 Series 60 Buick manifolds fit also. Bob
  19. I have a 1935 Buick Model 41 Four Door Sedan and a 1933 Buick Model 68 Victoria Coupe. I don't care for the ride and steering I get with my bias belted tires. I would like to switch to radial tires. I am looking for recommendations regarding brand, where to buy them, who to buy them from, tube or tubeless recommendation, best price, etc. Does anyone have an opinion? It would be nice if they had a bit of an original appearance but not an absolute necessity. I also need an exhaust manifold for the 33 Buick. Thanks. Bob

  21. My brother has a 37 Packard 115 Sedan and is planning to street rod it. I was thinking of using his front suspension on my 37 Packard 120 since he is replacing it with a Mustang front end and my front end is shot. I don't have a copy of the book you referenced. Will look for one at the next swap meet. Thanks. Bob
  22. Does anyone know if the front suspension parts shocks, springs, and arms are the same for both the 1937 Packard 115 and 120 models? What parts are the same and what parts are different? Do any of the 35 or 36 parts interchange between the two models? Thanks. Bob
  23. I need the driver's side front door for a 37 Packard 120. Looking for one in good condition. Or maybe just hinges as the emergency folks cut off the door at the hinges when it got hit in the front quarter. My email address is: pint4@new.rr.com or 920-731-8519. Thanks. Bob
