  1. My friend in Columbia, TN has a 1948 New Yorker convertible that runs and drives well and has an excellent, rust free body. The interior is not correct, the two heaters are present but not installed and the radio does not work. If you're interested in speaking with him to receive pictures and discuss pricing let me know and I'll put you in touch with him. He's not a member of this forum. You're probably about 6.5 hours away which could make it reasonable for you to drive over and inspect the car in person.
  2. Steve, I may be interested in the pieces you refer to above. Could you send me some pictures, sedwards@landrco.com Thanks, Scott
  3. I have a 1949 Windsor 1st Series (so basically a 1948 model) and it has the dog dish hubcaps. They are 11" in diameter. I think you may have simply purchased the wrong dog dish set.
  4. Steve, I'm looking for the accelerator linkage parts for a 1948 New Yorker with the inline 8. I'm looking for throttle linkage parts from the accelerator stem 14-07-1 through the firewall; the lever 14-11-28; the bracket that mounts to the firewall 14-11-20; and the shaft 14-11-1. I think I have these part numbers correct but the image I'm looking at is hard to read. (If you don't have the service manual these parts are basically from the foot pedal to the firewall bracket and it's captive linkage piece. I have all the parts from there to the carburetor.) Do you have these parts? Thanks, Scott Edwards
