  1. Another Craigslist posting in Northern Virginia. Not mine. http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/cto/4087379667.html

  3. Thanks for the feedback everyone. I appreciate the help.
  4. Hello all, I appreciate the feedback I have received on this forum in the past. I had asked about a 54 Special earlier this summer and it didn't end up working out for me to purchase it. I recently came across this Century and am hoping to check it out in person soon. In the meantime, I have an email out to the seller with general questions on body, paint, transmission condition, etc. For Sale: 1954 Buick Century Any comments on pricing for Century sedans? The one looks pretty nice, interior seems good, and according to ad it drives well. Would appreciate any feedback, I am not as familiar with these Buicks. Tom
  5. I wanted to get some feedback on pricing for a 1990 Convertible. I am working on arranging a time to inspect it, but may want to make an offer. It is red with tan top and interior. Car has less than 40K miles and appears to be in great shape. Has been garage kept and it is the original owner selling. Any thoughts on price? I have had a hard time settling in on a price by looking at completed listings on Ebay and using some of the car value sites. Thanks in advance.
  6. Pete- Thank you for the information. I figured the price was a bit on the high side, but all prices are in Northern Virginia. I will keep all of this in mind when I arrange a time to go take a closer look at it.
  7. Have been watching this on Craigslist for a bit. Seems like a decent looking car, though he has had it listed for a while and come down on the price. Maybe the engine/trans rebuild is more of a need than he lets on in the ad. 1967 Buick Skylark Restored
  8. I would actually be very interested in seeing some pictures. This sounds like a nice car and I have been thinking about going for a wagon lately.
  9. I have been coming to the Buick Forums here as a guest for quite some time and reading all the posts, drooling over some of the cars. Finally I have registered as a user and am interested in a Buick. I came across this car while leaving a show recently and it seemed fairly solid, I didn't get to look it over completely as my wife and kids were pulling me on. Anyway, does anyone that is familiar with '54s feel like they can offer some advice on this car in the craigslist ad and any areas of concern? Classic Buick I appreciate the help! - Tom
