  1. Took a photo of my well optioned 64. It's been fun making sure everything works including the clock!
  2. If the Cord was a drop head, in a heartbeat, but the sedan...Nope
  3. Ah, gotcha. OK. Seems like these escaped the recall. I will reach out.
  4. Additional observation: I can tighten them, but cannot loosen them.
  5. If it makes a difference, mine are EVERHART-500, Not Brown
  6. Good info guys. I suspect the webbing has taken a "set" as this car has no discernable corrosion anywhere, having been in heated indoor storage with no salting of roads in it's life. I will fiddle with them in earnest and may reach out to you Tom on your set(s?) Thanks, Dean
  7. 2 issues: The passenger side seatbelt does not want to adjust. Otherwise on great shape, just seems to be "locked up" so that I can't adjust the length. The second issue is that the driver's side requires on average, 3 stabs to get it to latch. I can't tell what I'm doing differently from one attempt to the next.
  8. Old thread, but I just checked the pricing page for these on the Clark’s website (yikes! $$$$$) and they look to be a discontinued part. Before I call them, does anyone know the story?
  9. I make 4 different sizes of center cap “V”s for Volvo 1800s fitted with Panasport wheels and various others. They are chrome with a black background. I just went to my local FastSigns shop and told them what I wanted. If you can source a good digital Tri shield you can probably do the same thing.
  10. I'm proud to belong to a group where so many have figured out how to get their glove box doors to latch flush! I had to create a little metal doubler plate to firm everything up.
  11. 64 deluxe interior - radio face plate INSIDE the oval chrome trim: Mine is black. Outside is the walnut. Kosher?
  12. Mine is a 64, but the color appears to be VERY Similar. I imagine they renamed colors year over year.
  13. Well, it did also have a 65 LT code 401 and switch pitch under the hood, so there are plenty of historical unknowns. Maybe he sold his 425 to the USAF... 😎
  14. I never realized they were 65 knobs. (This is doubly strange because the car had a 65 overhead switch panel when I bought it) They even have the fader wire for my 2 speakers. All are in perfect condition. I need to find the same thing in 63/64 style. All the ones I see on line are pitted, broken crap
  15. Looks great! Did they throw in the factory radio? I was lucky to have AM/FM pushbutton still in my 22 option special order 64.
  16. I did find the vendor paper tag for my carpeting under the driver's front area just forward of the seat. Nothing under the dash. 8 know that area intimately.
  17. My 64 is a very original 1 owner car (prior to me). I'm wondering where the slip is located. It was not under the rear seat. Maybe above the gas tank?
  18. I've never seen one! "Borrowed" from a current Bring a Trailer auction. This is a relatively low optioned car.
  19. Not bad for one with wagon wheels and rubber bands for tires, a foot off the ground! Seemed like it was not all that highly optioned either.
  20. "I like what you've done with the place."
  21. So ... Is this a RHD Riv or is the photo reversed?
