  1. Would you ship ,the 16-ways? how much for them?
  2. hmm... '91 'vert on eBay now: Buick : Reatta : eBay Motors (item 290433917404 end time May-16-10 17:35:41 PDT) More miles, More common color combo, new tires, all the options. Strange thing about the CD player... the man says it was a "dealer installed CD player". Does that mean it wouldn't be on the SPDI sticker? Was a CD player even put on the SPDI sitcker? Anyways, enough of my ranting. The car claims to have a "spotless undercarriage" too. Yet, it's in Ohio... hmm...
  3. Wow... this car is worth *A LOT*. As there were only about 230 (I think) '91 convertibles made, a one owner, low mileage car such at this could be worth close to $30k. Does it have a CD player? Or 16-ways seats (identifiable by a pod on the left side of the driver's side seat with 3 switches)? As for the "Coke" stain, these stains have come up on a number of cars with gray interiors, and is easily fixable. You have got a gem on your hands my friend, if you have any questions, please ask.

    Windshield

I would look on your local craigslist or ask around on the forum for maybe a whole car. a good one could be had for about $400 or $500. try to get one with your color interior though. Body panels can be repainted, stuff inside can't. They're handy for things like headlight motors, glove-box/rear compartment latches, and perhaps seats. And you'll probably find one with a good windshield.
  5. if you don't care about the seat belt alarm and such, you could try to get a passenger side belt, it'll probably be less worn inside, and the paint in the GM logo should be nice.
  6. about a year ago... I did have one. But I sold the car. I'm sure somebody's got one on here. if not, I can track one down pretty easily. It's just getting it out that's the problem.
  7. Also saw a Select 60 in IL: Classic Cars for Sale, Cars 1985 to DateClassic Cars for Sale, Cars 1985 to Date along with at least 2 '91 Polos. one had just around 50k on the clock.
  8. I found this site... lots of pages of Reattas for sale for anyone who's looking for one. Looks to be 11 pages long. Buick Reatta for Sale One car in particular stuck out to me... 1991 Convert. Bright Red/Flame Red with white top and red rubber... Seems like it'd be a odd-ball piece. probably not too many with that color combo, and I'd be willing to bet that there's no more than 2 '91 'verts like that. it's real low mileage, and either it's been repainted, or had no pinstripe to begin with. 1991 Red BUICK REATTA Base for sale in Illinois | Wheeling Used Cars Classifieds at LemonFree.com
  9. Here it is: 1988 BUICK REATTA FOR PARTS OR RESTORATION : eBay Motors (item 150438298861 end time May-08-10 12:00:51 PDT) Any interior shots?
  10. Does anyone know of where I could get a couple OEM GM ignition key blanks? '88/'89 keys are different from '90/'91, they don't have the resistor on them, and have a larger plastic head. Thanks everyone!!
  11. re-reatta, in regard to your "pink" carpet, unless it's worn in places, it's cheaper to just re-dye it. mgibson has a recipe for a water-based dye that looks factory. Just my 2-cents
  12. Would you be willing to sell it in pieces? I could be interested in the motor. How many miles does it have on it now? I might know somebody who might be interested in the whole car. And yes, $1200 is very low for this car.
  13. where in NC do you live? I'm just outside of Raleigh.
  14. I believe I need a ratchet for my '89, and I am able to get my hands on a used one from a '90 as well as an '89. If someone has removed one before, I would appreciate any help.
  15. wish I could be there... I've never been to a national meet before. but I'm planning on coming to the meet in Mass. next year.

    89 parts car

16 ways? and how about the glove-box latches?
  17. oh and does anyone know if you are able to print this out at all?
  18. I've got the headlight off of mine right now, and I noticed that little tab. I didn't read what it said, but next time I get the chance, I will. And I'll post the contrast (if any) here.
  19. I may be interested, PM me when you're getting ready to sell. Does it have 16-ways, or CD player? are the side rubber moldings white? Or black? What color is the top? Well how about this... is there a way you could post some pictures? that would answer allot of my questions. Oh, and one more thing: Have the headlight motors been rebuilt?
  20. The third car looks to me to be a coupe. but I'm not sure. I have seen Convertibles (not in person) with red tops, but it may be an after-market top.
  21. No, the only blue the 89s came in was Sapphire Blue Firemist. I that's probably what it is. the interior is most likely blue.
  22. I've got a blue pair out of a '90 available, I can send pics if you're interested. Kingsley had said he was interested in them about the first of the year, but I haven't heard anything from him for a while now. if you're interested, PM or Email me. the Passenger side seat has some sun damage, but the driver's side one is pretty good.
  23. Wow, Red on Burgundy, white top, 16-ways, cd player, red rubber... Quite the custom built odd-ball. Interesting....
  24. I don't see why anyone would put an ugly luggage rack (which no one would ever use due to the more than adequate storage space elsewhere in the car) on a Reatta. Though I'm sure, if you wanted to add the car to your stable Reattatude, that it wouldn't be too hard to find a replacement deck lid without the luggage rack.
  25. I'm aware that is was an option, but this is the first I've seen. it just caught my eye. According to Reatta.net, it seems like it would be a rather rare combo.
