Casuis
Thanks a million Craig. I can't seem to be able to find the model. Do you happen to know which one it is? Thanks again
George Albright
I believe that is LaSalle radiator script on an earlier V radiator. Car is probably made from a late 20s LaSalle. George Albright

nzcarnerd
Rochet Schneider made a large range of cars but I reckon this one is the post WW1 12CV on the 119" wheelbase. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rochet-Schneider A mixed bag of pics but I think the chassis in the OP is the same as the blue saloon. http://www.mulierchile.com/rochet-schneider-12.html More here, though nothing directly related to our car - https://www.gracesguide.co.uk/Rochet-Schneider Lots of basic technical details of obscure cars and commercials here - https://www.gracesguide.co.uk/1913-1917_Motor,_Marine_and_Aircraft_Red_Book:_Cars https://www.gracesguide.co.uk/1913-1917_Motor,_Marine_and_Aircraft_Red_Book:_Petrol_Motors
Craig Gillingham
Casius, I don't know a lot about them, apart from that style of radiator dates from 1913 up to the early 20's. A 12HP is probably correct; they also made a 14, 16 & 18HP in this period I can't tell them apart, still, it's likely to be a 4 cylinder. I would have thought a 20's car would have electrics, particularly a French one. Even though it's got gas lights, it may have at least a starter? And there aren't many instruments on the dash either, which makes me think it may be made during or just before WW1. It's also got a few American fittings like the Prest-o-lite gas tank and horn, is it somewhere in the US? This one is a 1914 12CV for comparison, the radiator seems smaller, but it is close.
