Guest trap442w30
Was the engine painted black, with black accessories, black intake and exhaust manifolds, black fan blade and the ring that goes around it? I ask because if I look under the rust, my engine was all black, and had a red ring around the fan, red rods for throttle and spark advance with natural brass fuel primers and carburetor. I think that would be an ugly engine. I like the light gray engine in pictures I've seen of a blue touring car.

Stude Light
Your medium gray is correct. I believe it was 1928 that they switched to green. I think the gray gives it that industrial look. Scott
