George Albright
Just took more photos, see below. Found serial number plate, photo below. Tag says Model 750, Serial number 24057. Just realized it has jump seats. Thus it is in fact a seven passenger limo, with black leather on the front seat, and cloth in the back. No divider window. Body is SUPER solid! No door sag, close tight and sound. George gnalbright@gmail.com cell 352 843 1624 weekdays 10-4 EST best

George Albright
I just received this email concerning the history of the car. The photo he mentions is listed in an above post. Sincerely George: Hi George, I maintain the Stanley Register at http://www.StanleyRegister.net . I've been trying to fill in some blanks on this car for a while - I'm hoping you can help. It should be serial number 24057, on the chassis splate inside the hinged panel to the rear of the driver's side front fender. The car was owned by Dave Root from at least 1963-1972. He restored it, and wrote an article about it in the Steam Automobile Club magazine. The attached picture was taken during his ownership. Some time in 1978 or earlier, the car was purchased by Robert Schall. He passed away in 2009 and the estate spent several years trying to sell it. I believe they finally auctioned it in about 2012. I'm hoping you can fill me in on any owners' names between Root and Schall, as well as the name of the purchaser from the Schall estate. What would be additionally helpful would be if there's information on any owners before Root - this could help me tie together some loose ends I still have on 1924 sedans. Thanks very much for your help! Best regards, Kelly WilliamsMount Joy, PA

George Albright
Not at this point. Leonard will want full retail for it,so I wouldn't hold my breath on getting that one! George
George Albright
We will consider a serious offer of $40,000. I think we are going to stay firm at that price, for awhile,as that is a great price for this rare car in this condition. If it doesn't sell soon we will put on Ebay with 40K reserve,so you better buy now if you really want it. George
