Phillip Robinson
I am looking to get new linings on the front. The brake people said that they have a soft brake lining, but it looks like it is smooth and black all over. Any ideas? Thanks Phil . The car is 1929 chevrolet tourer. Phillip Robinson
Thanks Marv for the reply. I have rang the brake group since then and they have assured me yhat these linings are softer and better than the corded lining. So I will wait and see. shoes sgshould be back today. BearsFan315
cool, there are replacement shoes/ pads available all day long from The Filling Station or many make their own order from McMaster Carr woven high strength material.
Phillip Robinson
Obtained new linings for the front of car. Work well and are a brown woven material. This group sent them to another place as they did not have the jig for these shoes. ?
