It is the wide and near full length approximately 6 inch high molding mostly seen on 1965 Rivieras. Was this an option on a 1964 Riviera? Is it factory correct? I did a 64 one time - the car was surf green and the rockers look excellent . Perfect fit . Do what makes you happy ! It would be a deduction if judged but ......................
