Engine in my 1960 Buick electra might have spun a bearing and think is kaput. Will a 60 Buick only accept a 59/60 401 as a direct replacement or will 61-65 also fit in without modification? Thanks. Arthur

I have a low mileage 64 Riviera with factory dual quad. Original exhaust muffler is falling apart. The exhaust is good except for the 31"x9" barrel muffler. If anyone can direct me to a source to replace the muffler I appreciate it!! Car will soon be coming out of hibernation.

Just bought a 1964 Oldsmobile Starfire. Driver quality. It appears to have a lot of options. Body tag only lists "2K". The car has AC, PW, Power vent, Power antenna, wonder bar, cornering lights, cruise, autronic eye. Just trying to figure if these were added later or 2K is a package of accessories. Any advice/insight appreciated.

I am looking at a 69 Riviera with 455. Was that an option order in 1969? I am very interested to purchase if that was a factory option.

Does 64 Riviera gas tank have a dependant nut to get the gas out.......or do I have to siphon it out? Gas is at least 10 years old and smells like shellac. I was going to clean out the carbs also prior to startup.

I am going to bench test 3 radios I have for 1961 Cadillac. Which color wire is the power wire? There are no yellow or red wires on my radios.

I got the build sheet from GM on the 61 I am forever working on. It was built with bucket seats. Interestingly both bucket seats are power. I am interested to know if dual power buckets was common. I have only seen once in this car.

Hi. The radio in my 64 riv lights up but no sound at all. It used to work just fine then nothing at all. How easy is it to take out and replace the radio? Any tricks to take out/replace? Thanks---Arthur
