ken1007
Looking for silver welting for trunk of a 1935 Studebaker and need black original type welting for fenders. Found extruded black rubber on ebay (not acceptable) but could not find silver. Also need the pad that goes under the fabric roof. Any recommendation? keiser31
Some of the 1946-48 Plymouths had that style stuff, so you might scroll down to the Plymouth section and ask them, too.
jpage
Restoration Specialties in PA carries the top padding and the correct fabric fenderwelt. You have to watch, some vendors are selling a vinyl type wet that is not like the original. It comes in 3 sizes, I think you'll need the 3/16 in. DennisCarpenter sells a stainless beaded fenderwelt with the fabric leg. I believe it comes in 8 ft sections and has to be bent to conform to your body, which can be a little tricky but not impossible. The only other silver(chrome) fenderwelt is a cheap foil covered material which I would stay away from.
