sandtrooper
Here is an instrument control panel with DELCO and a 'B' and 'M' on face.Is this for an automobile, boat...airplane????faceplate is about 8 x 2 inches. overall has a heavy feel. end of key looks like a small gear. (have a similar smaller one with 'DELCO' named and 'HEAD AUX REAR IGN' each over one knob on face)as always, answers are much appreciated.
Layden B
On back side you may find a stamped number, I think this is a 1048. If so it is 1915 Buick, Cole, Oakland, Oldsmobile, Wescott.Post pictures of the other one!
sandtrooper
......."on back side you may find a stamped number, I think this is a 1048..."Yes Sir, I did see that number '1048'.The other one is pictured here as requested and it is a bit more incomplete than the first. faceplate 6 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches and there is an impression on the right that a 2 1/4 inch diameter fixture was once affixed thereOn this second one there is an '1104' with a smaller '3 14 18' under it. Your detailed answer on the first was most excellent. thanks
Guest Al Brass
The lower one would fit a '16 Buick and others. I would be very interested in the top one for my '15 Buick, I have the lower one fitted while I have been looking for the correct one (30years !!)RegardsAl
