Pat_n_Pat
We need help in identifying this part that we found in my Father's massive collection of old parts. The wrapper has part #2034-18, 1P B56JH. It could be from almost anything. Rolls, Marmon, Franklin, Packard, Healy, Porsche, Ferrari, GM, etc. He owned just about everything over the years. The number does not appear to be a Ford number, but could have been a number from a repop manufacturer. It measures approximately 5" wide by 6.5" across the crown. <o>> </o>> Your help would help solve a mystery that has been bugging us for years!:confused:Pat Edited October 26, 2009 by Pat_n_Pat (see edit history)
Guest Gary Hearn
Given the size and louvers, I wonder if it was for a heater or vent?
Dandy Dave
My thought was for a heater also. My mind escapes me for the name of the round gas ones? Summer Air, or something like that. Dandy Dave!
Ben Bruce aka First Born
Dandy Dave, bet you are thinking of Southwind.

Pat_n_Pat
That was my initial thought, but we have three Southwind heaters (two good ones and one piece of junk); it does not appear to fit any of those that we have. Any other ideas out there? Ideas on the part number? Thanks, Pat
