39? 40? Script bumper for sale

Anyone need one? Has one bend and needs rechrome, some rust but not too bad. I've had this for some 20 years, someone threw it out on junk day when I was about 8 and I brought it home. $100 maybe? I'm not even 100% on the year, but if no one wants it I'm just going to hang it on the wall and maybe spray some clear on it to slow down the rust a little.

If it says Packard in script, it's probably a rear bumper for a 1941 or '42 model. Did they use script on bumpers before that?

I'd have to look through the books, I had looked through once and couldn't remember the years for certain. I'll dig it out and get a photo or two.
