Bill_W
Does anyone know what type of radiator clamp was originally used on a 1916 Model D-35 touring car? Also, were the rims painted or cad plated? If they were cad plated, does anyone know who can plate them? I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks. jbbuick22
Bill, Bob's in CA has the clamps you want, as for the rims there are cad. plated but it is hard to find a shop that will do it, there us a paint that can be used. Bill_W
Thanks JB for the info. I ordered the parts from Bob's, you were very helpful. It's been very frustrating locating these items and learning about Buicks since most of my experience has been with Model A's and Model T's where a plethora of information is available. I'm glad you answered my post, at least that's one problem solved. <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
Mark Shaw
Look up my buddy Terry Weigand in the BCA directory. He knows a place that does this kind of plating.
