Guest Kitskaboodle
My cruise control vacuum servo is bad. Where can I get one locally? I know I could probably find it at Gmpartsdirect.com, Rockauto, wrecking yards, etc... but my mechanic has my car all apart right now and he would prefer to replace it while he has the ABS unit out of the car.I tried Kragens, Napa, Autozone, Partsplus, etc...but most dont list it and some said they would have to order it. I will order it if push comes to shove but I was hoping to get it by tommorow.Any suggestions? Thanks! Kit / 90 Reatta Coupe
harry yarnell
These servos are pretty much the same thruout the GM lines in this time period. Visit your local wrecking yard.
JWC
When I went to the junk yard and looked, they are not all the same, but look alike, some are larger then others, so take the old one with you and match it up.

Guest imported_dantm4
Kit,I got one from autozone but think it is an online item - they are rebuilt cardone units, you can order them in store as well, think it took like a day for them to get it in (course this could be from where the warehouse is in proximity to my house), around $50 with a core charge. It's working great. Doesn't take that long to change, hope you get it figured out. I figured rebuilt was better than another one that may leak that is used, and the price didn't seem too bad. -Dan90' Black/Tan Coupe
Guest Kitskaboodle
My mechanic said that Fiero's appears to have the same CC unit. I will check that out. If it doesnt match, I know Rockauto sells the Standard brand for around $46-47. (p/n CS2501)Thanks everyone for the input! Guest Kitskaboodle
Mine was unrepairable due to someone snapping off the bottom two plastic nipples where the vacuum hoses go. <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> Not sure how they managed to do that........Anyways, a good friend is going to let me have his for free off his 86 Fiero GT!Thanks again, Kit / 90 Reatta Coupe
