motorman Posted October 31, 2006 Share Posted October 31, 2006 Have a 1946 Cad flathead motor that is stuck put in mystery oil in each cylinder anyone have this problem before?I will take out starter and try putting presure on flywheel think this will work?Thanks in advance. Guest Randy Berger Posted October 31, 2006 Share Posted October 31, 2006 Be careful not to break any teeth on the flywheel. PB Blaster is also good to squirt in each sparkplug hole. Mike Cullen Posted October 31, 2006 Share Posted October 31, 2006 Don't be in a big hurry, sometimes it can take a couple of weeks soaking and leaning on the crankbolt or flywheel to free a stuck engine.
