ThomasBorchers
I've found an original 1930 Buick tail light in good used condition. Price is $ 165,-. Is this a correct price for such a light or much too high?
Thanks in advance.
Tom
Rick Hoover
Thomas, finding a good light that quick was the best part. The question now would be, what does the seller consider "good"? If it is usable as is and you don't have to totally restore it, then I'd say you did well.
Rick
Guest
Tom ~ If the seller will allow it to be paid for, and then ship it for inspection and guarantee a full refund less shipping if it is not satisfactory, I would be willing to send him a check and receive it here. If good I could either hold it till you come to the US this year or, if not coming, ship it to you in Germany.
If he won't go for that, then the condition may be questionable.
Let me know if I can be of any help. ~ hvs
Fred Rawling
Tom, there was a perfectly restrored one at the horsless carrage meet in Bakersfield for $150.00 a couple of weeks ago. I passed on it because I am a long way from needing it and I hope to find a better deal, but if it is the last piece you need, you should buy it. Ask for pictures if it is by mail. A good one unrestored should go for a lot less.
