Bhigdog
I have two different fans for the 55 S-88 I'm restoring. One looks like the standard 4 bladed fan with curled forward tips. The other is heavier with 4 squared off tips with a circular segment cut out of the tips. Anyone have any idea which is correct or what the different applications might be?.....Bob. WJW
Use the 4 blade fan that have the tips fwd. WJW,55 OLDS advisor for JWO
Bhigdog
I was hoping either would be correct since the curled tip one has stress cracks in two blades. Oh well, shouldn't be too hard to find one. Thanks.......Bob.

Bhigdog
Thanks, Heidigirl. I just found one at a local junkyard for $10. Also bought a gas tank for $25 that looked pretty good till I got it home. Oh well, that's part of the game.......Bob
