Early/veteran chain drive cars (single chain), info

Hello everyone. New to this site but certainly not to automobiles. Anyways, I'm looking for any info on chain driven cars (pictures, blueprints, etc, etc.). Specifically I'm interested in the single chain driven cars (an example would be the American Reo) as opposed to dual chain cars (such as the early Mercedes). Thanks in advance.

You hit the nail right on the head. I'm looking for different designs so I can hopefully build something based from them. I already have a lot of odds and ends from the Model T, to the A to Essex and other bits and pieces and since chain drive always interested me I thought I'd try to build a replica (not a 100% faithful one mond you) of an early chain driven car.

Please check out the AACA Library services. They retain the finest collection of old vehicle research material in existence.
