grubs
I have a Pierce Arrow frame, differential and wheels, and other assortmented vintage auto parts, such as Ford A and T's. Can anyone tell me where to find information regarding the market value of classic auto parts? Thanks, Grubs
1937hd45
Knowing where the parts are will help mose interested parties know if it is worth the trip there to get them.
ex98thdrill
Like everything else in the business world, the bottom line for value will be supply versus demand. It might be worth $1,000 but if it was, the next issue would be finding someone who wants it bad enough to pay you what you want for it.I'm not placing a dollar amount for what you have, but bear in mind, what it is worth and what you can get for it may be two separate issues. There are several vendors out there who sell parts for the various makes of cars for a living (Like Dennis Carpenter with Ford stuff for example). If there is a vendor selling parts similar to yours, look at their going rate and adjust your prices accordingly. Sometimes, if your price is right, some of the bigger vendors may be willing to buy your parts off of you.
