I've just begun to look for a car and I ran across a 1974 Roadrunner that has a 340 decal on the hood. There was no one to ask if this is the correct engine or not. Dave@Moon Posted January 31, 2005 Share Posted January 31, 2005 In 1974 the Road Runner had a 318 cubic inch standard engine, with optional 360, 400 and 440 cubic inch engines.
