BUICK RACER Posted June 2, 2002 Share Posted June 2, 2002 Just wondering where anyone has purchased motor mounts for a '56 from, I see Bob's Automobilia has them, they didn't have any with them in Buffalo at the BCA National, need one for the right side, which is strange, usually the left side goes first cause that the torgue side? Now the bad news: Everytime I have had a broken motor mount it was because the transmission thrust pad was broken also, so I would suggest you change both motor mounts the transmission mount and thrust pad (4 pieces).
