Wowabunga
I've got a lot of the old Firestone Plugs but can't find a ID guide for Firestone anywhere... even did a google search with no luck. Anyone out there got one? How do I check to see if the Hershey Auto Library would have anything?
palbuick
Do you know what years they cover?I have firestone catalog dated 1957. Covers plugs from 1941 through 1957. Even has change over to A.C plugs. There is a large section on truck and marine applications.Let me know if this wil help.Jim Schlf palbuick@aol.com
Peter J.Heizmann
Hi, Randy...To contact the AACA Library & Research Center, go to the AACA Main Page, scroll down to the L&RC. Therein, you will find self-explanatory instructions/form to fill out. With spark plugs, it may warrant a phone call to Kim Miller, Librarian of the L&RC at 717-534-2082 for assistance.Regards, Peter J. <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
Wowabunga
Thanks for the replies... I have to check to see if any of my old AC catalogs cross reference. Sent a email to the library and will wait for a reply back.. I only live about 60 miles or so from it.
