1937hd45
I'd say it is a 1930 734 Seventh series, with the rare windshield washer option.
Jay Wolf
Doesn't a 1930 have little doors on the hood sides not louvers?
Guest JT
I think the 733 had louvers and the 734 had doors in the hood in 1930.
Dave@Moon
The Series 726 and 733 models used louvers in 1930, the Series 740 and 745 models used doors. The car pictured is a Series 733 Speedster Phaeton, a.k.a. Body No. 445.

Jay Wolf
The story behind this car is:(loosely paraphrased)A friend of mine was doing some family tree research and came across this picture of his great aunt. They were poor people so he wondered how they afforded such big fancy car.The story is her father won it in a church raffle. And they were too proud or dumb to sell it. No driver?s license or money for gas they just kept in their front yard and sat in it in the evening as evidently gave the kids baths on the hood. He says he has some more picture of it he is going to scan and send me.He wants the year to try and look up in the newspaper for the raffle information. He doesn?t know if the car was new car or a used car when they won it.He wishes he knew what happened to it. His relatives say it just rotten in to the ground in their front yard till someone towed it away.
Ed Miller
The year: 1930The series: 733The wheelbase: 134 1/2 inchesModel: Sport Phaeton Horse power: 90Weight: 4,130 lbs. dryOnly the Sport Phaeton has the little vent door between the front and rear seats below the "B" pillar. Also the extra cowl is visible. The more illustrious Model 734 did not include a sport phaeton. The 733 came standard with louvers on the hood. On special order you could have doors like the more expensive models. But you could only have three rather than four doors.
