1962 Mercury Comet - with original matching motor, straight 6-cyl, 144-cid 1bbl. 2 Speed Automatic -Completely rebuilt 6-3/4 differential, driveline rear wheel bearings, suspension and u joints. -Working original AM radio and replaced OEM speaker. -new brake lines, new drums, - New Tires - Replaced rear lights with LED bulbs -New Mechanical Fuel Pump -New US Radiator (Brand New) - Built to match original 1962 radiator - New Choke Stove. The seat has a tear in it but I have a piece of New Original Stock fabric to repair. Paint is a re-spray - before me but it wasn’t the best. Some overspray on gaskets and a little chipping. odometer: 24,130.
Originally purchased in Waycross Ga in 1962. At Sirans Motor Company. The Family who inherited the car still lives in Guyton. I even have the original Monroney Window Placard. Lots of historical docs and a few service records from the 70s. Pre ‘65 - No Title, not required in GA.  This is a cruiser (Slow Roller - 50 Mph). Interested in boat trades - (if it’s a family boat, fish and ski or pontoon)

Economical daily driver and a conversation piece at local shows, I like it. Nothing pretentious about this car. All of the work is done with the exception of the front seat and the seller will throw in the material. GLWTS
