There are rebuild kits out there that are very inexpensive and it’s pretty simple to do it yourself if your vacuum tank is intact and not missing anything. A thorough cleaning and new gaskets and you can do it yourself. as for sending it out for a rebuild, I’m sure there are people that will do it for you, but I don’t have a good source to recommend.
