rear shock link bushings on a 40 Super

Since my car has various components installed or mounted that are not stock I don't know what's correct  The manual is of little help. In this case it the bushing(s) for the rear shock links where they meet the frame.  Below 3 pictures and I think it's the first example....

I was hoping you'd say EX-1 because the link where it connects to the shock arm is hitting the exhaust pipe and lower bushing will probably make it worse.  So I have to take it to an exhaust shop to reroute the exhaust pipe.  But your answer makes sense; thanks!
