Neilh
Can someone tell me what make and model a 1928 Dodge Fast Four carburetor should be? The car is an early production with 2 wheel brakes. The carb on it is a Stromberg SF-1. Thanks in advance, Neil
Mark Gregush
Should have a Stewart updraft. This is a link to a post here that will at least show what it looks like:
carbking
As posted above, a Stewart/Detroit Lubricator brass carb, number 28550 preceded by a single letter. The Stromberg SF-1, if correctly calibrated for your engine, is as good, or better than the Stewart; it just isn't original. Jon
