seasand77
Anyone know where my steering wheel can be redone to look like new? If not, what years will fit when I go to the parts yard? Thanks
Smartin
Have you considered putting a sport wheel on the car? They look good on the full size cars!
rocketraider
I put a late 70s 2-spoke sport wheel on my 73 88 ragtop and it really set that car off. Wish I had kept the wheel when I sold the car. They were available in blue, black, red and tan, and I think maybe light green too though I've never seen one. Those plastic wheels with lucite covered woodgrain inserts are a pain once the lucite starts to crack and fall out. As I recall, they were bad for cracking on the back side of the spokes too. Most steering wheel restorers only do the hard rubber styles or sometimes Lucites like early 60s Pontiacs had. Most any 69-later NON-AIRBAG GM wheel will fit your car.
