m-mman
Up for sale is a 1932 Cadillac lasalle series 345b v8 flathead. It was pulled out of a good running car. I have the transmission and the rear differential as well. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/902953094129922/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A440c041a-5cfb-432e-8b71-52fe09c77066 Well. . . . we all know what happened here. . . . . BUT at $3000 (marked down from $4000) It might represent a great deal for somebody. I paid $14,000 to rebuild the engine in my 1929 Cad. Even that 32 distributor cap is worth some money. I have no connection to the sale of this 1932 Cadillac V8 engine but I hope someone gives it a good home.

TexRiv_63
Did they still use the vacuum tank in 1932?

I think that as long as they used updraft carbs they had vacuum tanks(?) You don't want too much pressure against those needle and seats.
32Cad
I think you'll find this from a 30/31 Lasalle. Not '32. 1
