There is also no rooms at any hotel/motel in close proximity to the Wingate partly due the Buick show and partly because the Buick Open (PGA golf tour) is in Grand Blanc the same weekend. I did find a Days Inn (2207 W. Bristol Rd and US 23) that is 4.4 miles from the Wingate. It is not nearly as nice as the Wingate and is located across the street from a GM Fabrication Plant. Rooms are $59 + and they only have a few left. From there it looks like about 20 miles north is about as close as you will find a room. Guest imported_Flash Posted May 15, 2003 Share Posted May 15, 2003 Hotels in the area are: Holiday Inn at US23 and Hill Road ph 810.232.5300, Amerihost at I75 and Holly road (810.694.0000), Ramada Inn at I75 and Pierson Road (810.732.0400), Red Roof Inn at I75 and Miller Road (810.733.1660).
