Seller's Description:

1955 Packard Patrician 374 V8 motor. Car is loaded with PS, PB, PW, Power antenna, Power seat, and Spotlight. Brand new dual exhaust. Car runs very strong 4-barrel carb was rebuilt awhile back. Car is virtually rust free other than a small spot at the bottom of the driver's front fender shown in the picture. The underneath must have been rust proofed when new its in great condition. Floors and trunk area are very nice. Will need interior work, gas tank flushed out and power brake booster fixed to be a daily driver.  odometer: 70000

I really like this year Packard and this model in particular, but these cars have been coming up often in much better condition than this. I guess if you are short on cash and very mechanically inclined this could be right up your alley. Problem is, if you do the interior right and the paint you could be in a hole real quick.
