Blueabbott
I have just obtained this engine and I have no idea what type of vehicle that it had come from. It has a cone clutch and an Atwater Kent distributor. Is it possibly a Maxwell engine? hddennis
Definitely Maxwell engine from 1916-19. What is the motor number stamped on the boss just behind the water outlet? Howard Dennis 1

hddennis
That makes it a mid year 1917 engine. Howard Dennis
