Identify Hood Ornament. Similar to 1930-32 Cadillac V-12 'Flying' Goddess, but multiple differences. Original versus reproduction?

This hood ornament has been on my desk for over 25 years. Always thought it was a 1930-32 Cadillac V-12 Mascot, but compared with original photos, it isn't. The face and hair are different, hands placed on chest not hair, and base is smaller. There are no visible stamps or markings. The questions are, Marque/Year? Aftermarket? Original versus Reproduction? It looks to be of the era, and it's been too long too remember where it was purchased. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like a cheap post war aftermarket unit sold by JC Whitney and similar places. Little value, but fine as a desk piece. I say "cheap" because the lack of detail in the casting. Maybe inexpensive would be a better choice.
